"Mixed memories"

Mixed media installation: my doll childhood doll dresses, watches, buttons, toys, belts.

This is a statement about child abuse.

The figure's body is covered with happy items from her childhood,

yet her face is stark white

as she recalls experiencing and being a witness to child abuse.

Viewers are invited to add belts to the installation to let victims know that they are not alone.

(Previously exhibited at the Boca Museum of Art, Boca Raton).
